Garmin Nuvi 205 snapping cradle onto suction cup arm?

I just got a GPS and the directions tell me to snap the cradle onto the suction cup arm. Well I see both parts, but don't see how to snap it on. I see the arm and the hole where you're supposed to snap it on, but it doesn't seem to snap on.

The ball is supposed to snap into the socket it you press it hard enough, and work on the same principle as your shoulder socket.

Is there a way to fix my Garmin GPS that c340 I accidentally put into my washing machine?

Your c340 is pretty much ruined. Try putting it up on eBay to see if anyone wants to take a chance at buying it for parts. If you do put it up for sale, be sure to state what happened to the unit so you don't get an upset buyer. But you are right about
