How do I get my Garmin foot pod to pair with my Garmin 50?
When I select the 'push pair' option the foot pod is not recognised. This is a new foot pod so I don't think it's the battery.

Do you need a foot pod to show pace on a GARMIN Forerunner 405?
I am looking top buy a GARMIN Forerunner 405 but im getting confused in whether or not i need to buy the foot pod to allow me to see my pace?
Are there any other watches "good" that shows pace and distance ran?
The Garmin Forerunner 405 does not use a foot pod, it is completely gps. My friend has the 405 but it sucks at pace. The distance is about right, but the pace is always like 11:00 mile. My other friend has a 205 which seems very accurate always around
