Removing Garmin Suction Cup mount adhesive disk?

I bought a Garmin GPS with the suction cup mount; it came with a plastic disk that had an adhesive side so you could stick this to any non-flat surface and the suction cup could stick to that.

Try a product such as "Goo be Gone" it works well to remove adhesive.

Removing dashboard disk for car electronic?

I have sticked and used the dashboard disk in my car to mount a Garmin C330 gps unit for years. Now, I am selling the car to another person and the buyer is asking me to remove this dashboard disk. However, this disk thing stick to the dashboard like

I personally wouldnt go through all the trouble of removing it. When you buy a used car, you buy as is. So unless you want the disk, I would leave it.

so, I have a garmin nuvii, and the little mount that uses a suction cup to either hold onto the windshield or disc that stays on the dash board will not stick, it falls off every time it is on it. So what can I do to make it stick, but I can't have it

Make sure the inside of your window is clean. After a while (maybe every other month or so) your interior windows can develop a slick film that makes it hard for suction cups to get a hold on. This will also help your window defrost quicker too.
