Pioneer vs. Kenwood Head Unit?
Hi guys! I would like to get a new head unit, but am in between two different ones. Which one would you suggest.
Kenwood KDC-HD548U CD receiver is better.
Go with the Kenwood. Has 6 pre-amp out puts which give you a lot more flexibility down the road. Everything else is about the same feature wise. But because of more out-puts, the kenwood would be the way to go.

Im wanting to buy a car stereo that is labeled HD Radio built in, what does this mean?
The Pioneer DEH-33HD has HD radio "built in." Will I still have to buy everything to hook up the HD?
this means the radio will play hd radio stations without any additional equipment.

They certainly can. The only down side is if you decide to crank it up you will hear distortion.
