GPS What is the best one?

I'm looking at buying a TomTom or Garmin, i liek the Tomtom xl 340, tomtom one 140, and the garmin Nuvi 255W but i dont have any clue which to buy? I'm moving to a new place for college and dont know the area. PLEASE HELP!!!

This product is very easy to use! The hands free bluetooth is loud and clear. The screen is very bright lit and easy to navigate. The routes are are easy to follow.

Which of these GPS' should I get and why?

It's between the TomTom ONE 140 S and the Garmin Nuvi 255.

The only real feature I'm looking for is spoken street names and it seems they both have that. Of course accuracy is a plus, too.

If you could add the "why"

Is one a bigger screen? I'd go for the bigger one, they have more details on them. But if you just want to listen to em then idk.

I currently have my brother's old Garmin (which multiple times has told me to get off exit 40-something when i should be getting off exit 30) so it's time to replace it. I'm looking in the cheaper price range, maybe 100-150. The two main ones I'm considering
